When I received my first batch the ink was dried up. They had no problems replacing them. I gave them to my drs. The nurses, friends & family they all loved them. I’m ordering another batch of both. Red & mixed pens.

I ordered these as a MAIN ITEM, for Customers , for OUR Business. RECEIVED , and some were BROKEN!! Some Customers will not receive due to those Arriving BROKEN.

Very cool pens for goody Halloween bags.
A few of them didn't work, but I called and told them and they replaced the whole lot. Guests really liked these! Very happy with my purchase!
