Great for Kids, Colors are Bright and Fun
These are fun for Kids. The super Iron- on on the back does stick together. It pulls apart easy and does not rip. The material will hold up to kids playing. There are Velcro flaps to hold the cape around the neck, not a tie string. Little kids can work this by themselves. Have Fun and Enjoy.

It looks like you don't have this in an adult size. Would this look ridiculous on a small adult (under 5'5")? Based on the measurements given, it seems like it would be big enough.
