Flimsy but GREAT customer service
I've ordered a lot of things from OT over the years and this possibly the WORST item I've ever received! These bags are HORRIBLE. Very cheaply made - cheap material, cheap construction - irregular, and flimsy. The picture makes them look sturdy and big, but they are NOT as pictured. I would be embarrassed to give these to anyone. Fortunately, OT has EXCELLENT customer service and the return process was easy. I was able to order a better product for my needs.

The "large" messenger tote bag
I guess the cheap price for the dozen bags should have tipped me off that it is very cheap. It looks fun cause of the colors and they will serve their purpose but I won't be re-purchasing these ever. I don't recommend them. Perhaps they could be a little smaller and cost a bit more so they can be better quality.

Great purchase
These bags were great. We did a "back to school" project at church for our kids, and used these bags for their school supplies. They loved the bright colors.
