Wasn't sure how the quality of the product would be, but turns out it is very good for the price and they did a good job on the personalization.....would recommend product.....

not that happy
The stain was a good color, but, the finish had runs and was rough in places. There was no latch to keep the door from opening. When displayed on table top the door gapes open about 2 inches. I will have to purchase a latch and put it on myself.

Beautiful
Im very happy with this product its well made and fits my fathers flag perfectly. It looks beautiful the price was awesome. My only complaint would be there is nothing to hold it closed on the top and it was popping open I put a small piece of double sided tape and that did the trick.

Very nice for the price
This flag case is very nice for the price. The name plate is not completely centered but not a huge deal for me. I did have to re-fold my Dad's flag to make it super tight and once I did that, it fit nice and snug. I haven't had any issue with it coming open on its own at all. I purchased a pack of triangle rings to put on the back of the box so I can hang it. Very nice product for the price, would purchase again.

AMAZING I shopped around for a LARGE display presentation case to hold a 6' x 10' AMERICAN Flag.
This was the best deal and it came with an engraved 2 line personalized plaque

Many of the cases available are for a 3' x 5' small flag or 5' x 7' medium; NOT a CASKET or BURIAL Flag from a Veteran's Military or Police Officer's Presentation Service.
I had My Dad's WWll Name, Rank, Dates of Service & Branch Division; they fit perfectly.
The Mahogany Cherry Red Wood & Glass case arrived FAST and so carefully packaged= I felt as if the shipping department took personal care in knowing this was for a VETERAN! Arrived double boxed & bubble wrapped.
If you're looking to preserve a loved one's FLAG..
This is the case.
HINT a tiny bit of double stick or carpet tape will keep it closed unless you are handy & want to add on a tiny hinge clasp. Also for those who have never displayed a Flag; don't put it in direct sunlight unless you replace the glass with UV glass or it will fade the flag fast.

Close to what I expected
The wood casing is very nice. However, it looks like someone just "slapped" the name plate on without taking the time to center it or make sure it was even on the bottom piece of wood so now it makes the whole thing look cheap. I am going to try and remove and put it back on but not sure if the personalized plate will bend and be destroyed by doing so.

Reasonable value
This purchase just arrived today. Given the wide range of pricing I observed on various sites for flag display cases, I think this is a reasonable value. I was quite pleased to be able to add engraving with no additional charge and I think the overall quality of the case is good -- one or two very small marks in the wood but absolutely nothing that couldn't be touched up. If you plan to set the case upright on a shelf or hang it on the wall, be aware there is no clasp to keep it closed. I had to apply a small amount of florist's clay at the top corner to keep it from opening. Seems to be working so far.
