Create some modern little masterpieces with some wide brushstrokes on craft eggs. Choose three paint colors, then wet your brush by dipping it in water. Dip your brush in a little bit of paint and quickly brush a wide stroke on your egg. Let dry. Then repeat with your other two colors.
We love the look of dip dye, so we recreated on craft Easter eggs! We taped off half of the egg, using washi tape. Then chose our favorite colors in acrylic craft paint and painted two layers, letting them dry in between. After the last layer of paint is dry, remove the washi tape.
It's always fun to splatter paint! Our technique is to place the craft eggs into a cardboard box, then dip that paintbrush in your preferred color off acrylic craft paint and start splattering! Just put some paint on your paintbrush, pull it back with your finger and fling it on those eggs!
