Using your personal printer, print off the favor tags and propeller template.

Use a pencil to trace the propeller template onto a sheet of craft foam. Cut out the propellers and attach to the top of a Tootsie® Pop® using a Glue Dot®.

Use a circle punch to punch out the favor tags. Punch a hole at the top of tags and tie onto the Tootsie®Pops® using baker’s twine.
