All Aboard Train Party Banner is the perfect touch for a train party. Ribbon, burlap and hand painted letters, add a fun touch to this railroad decor.
Place the Monogram Stencil on the center of the Large Burlap Fishtail Garland. Take the Black Paint and Sponge Paint Brush and begin by dabbing the paint into the burlap.
Carefully remove the stencil. Repeat on each section of the Burlap Garland.
While you are letting your letters dry, you can add the Red and Striped Ribbon. Cut ribbon in varying lengths then tie knots around the banner. Making some knots lose and some tighter will add more dimension to your banner.
