Use you personal computer and printer to print out the sucker tags. Cut out the tags and adhere the tags around the upper part of the sucker.
Cut a 4”x 6” piece of white tulle. Gather the top of the tulle and adhere it to the back of a sucker with a Glue Dot®.
Adhere a length of white pearls around the base of the sucker.
Make a small bow out of ribbon and adhere it to the base of a sucker.
