Using a pencil and a piece of the popcorn box, draw a Baby Romper shape to use as a template.

Cut out the side panel of the popcorn boxes and fold it in half. This will allow you to make two rompers at a time. Using the template, draw and cut out the rompers.

Fasten the rompers to the garland using the Mini Clothespins.
