Roll a sheet of orange tissue paper around the roll of bath tissue to cover it.
Cut off the excess tissue paper leaving enough paper to tuck into the bath tissue roll hole. Tuck the ends of the tissue paper into the tube of the toilet paper roll on both the top and bottom to secure.
Cut a strip of green tissue paper. Twist it and glue into the hole in the top of the pumpkin to form a stem.
Peel and adhere the foam pumpkin face stickers to the orange tissue pumpkin or draw a pumpkin face onto a sheet of black foam. Cut out the face and adhere to the pumpkin with white school glue.
