Bring some whimsy to your beach wedding with this DIY Beach Ball Escort Card Display. The hardest part of this project is writing everyone's name on the beach ball stress balls. Once that's done, you can have fun styling out your table with seashells, sand, metal trays, and faux palms.
Use the fine tip black paint marker to write each guest's name and table number assignment on each beach ball.
Grab one of the large galvanized metal trays. Fill it with two to three bags of natural sand. Arrange the beach balls with the names facing towards the front.
To evoke the ocean, lay a navy blue linen tablecloth down with a small box underneath to add some height to one of the trays. Use as many trays as you need for all of your beach balls. The trick to making escort card tables look great is utilizing different heights.
Grab all of the white seashells from the assortment pack. Style them around the table in small groups. Put them in the sand and around the vases filled with palms.
Add height to the table with large and medium faux palm leaves in glass vases. Lay a few over the navy blue tablecloth to add more texture and dimension.
