Make some tasty snacks for your beach party with this Beach Scene "Dirt" Cup Recipe Idea. A fun way of making sure no one leaves the beach with an empty stomach, simply follow the directions below to make these decadent desserts. When you’re done, set them on your dessert table for guests to grab while they apply some more sunscreen!
- 3 pkg. Jell-o® Gelatin (Berry Blue, large 6 oz. size)
- 1 pkg. Jell-o® Instant Pudding (French vanilla)
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 box Vanilla Wafers® (finely crushed)
- 1 container Cool Whip®
Follow the directions according to the packaging of the Jell-o® gelatin and pudding.
Pour the Jell-o® gelatin into plastic dessert cups making sure only to fill 2/3 full and refrigerate to set for approximately 4 hours.
Insert the full box of vanilla wafers in a large Zip-lock® bag and finely crush with a rolling pin.
Mix ¾ of the crumbs into the pudding along with half of the container of Cool Whip.
Spread a thin layer of Cool Whip on the gelatin.
Spread the pudding and wafer crumb mixture on top of the Cool Whip.
Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top and decorate with Gummy Flip flops, Round Ball Candy and a Paper Parasol.
