Plain skeleton decorations can be a little boring, but bejeweled skeletons are a different story! This Halloween, I gave a lifesize posable skeleton a fabulous makeover with colorful jewels and gems! Just add a variety of different colors and shapes of jewels with hot glue. There are so many fun ways you can accessorize a skeleton for Halloween. Start by laying a lifesize posable skeleton on a flat surface.
Start at the top of the skeleton and add jewels with a small amount of hot glue on the back. I used a package of this colorful jewel assortment, a package of jumbo jewels, and a package of large black, gold and silver gems to decorate my skeleton. I used smaller jewels for the ribs and larger jewels for the arms.
You can add jewels to your skeleton's head as well!
Finish by decorating the skeleton's legs with larger jewels. I added my jewels randomly, but you can get creative and make a pattern with the different colors and shapes of jewels if you like!
Display your newly bejeweled skeleton and enjoy. Why stop at jewels, when you can make a Pom-Pom Decorated Skeleton and Yarn-Bombed Skeleton too?
