Step straight off the green and into cocktail hour with this refreshing gin-based cocktail. While it's named after the 1-under par score on a single hole of golf, it could easily be named a hole in one for its delicious flavor. - 2 oz. of Gin
- 1/2 oz. St. Germain
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Tonic
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Mint Leaves
Add crushed ice to a cocktail shaker.
Add gin, St. Germaine, lime juice, tonic, simple syrup and mint leaves to the shaker and shake well.
Strain into a Clear Stemless Plastic Wine Glass.
Add an edible flower like this orchid.
Add a sprig of mint for garnish.
Insert a Blue Striped Paper Straw into a round wooden bead and use as a drink stirrer.
Note: I pre-painted the bead white in addition to filling in the hole at the opposite end of the bead to make it look more like a golf ball.
