Make these delicious blackberry liquor shortcake parfait bites for your next gathering or wedding. You can make them with or without the liquor. Delicious.

Ingredients:
25 Bite Size Cups
  • Blackberries
  • BlueBerries
  • 32oz Vanilla Yogurt
  • Pound Cake
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Blackberry Liquor
  • 2 Tbsp. Triple Sec Liquor

Chop up your pound cake into small cubes. I purchased a pre-made frozen Sarah Lee pound cake. You could also make one from scratch.

Mix the 32oz Vanilla Yogurt, 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, and 1/4 Cup Sugar. Stir well.

You can move on to Step 4 if you are not wanting the liquor in your Blackberry Shortcake Parfait Bites.

Mix in the 1/2 Cup Blackberry Liquor and 2 Tbsp. Triple Sec Liquor.

Fill the bottom 1/4 to 1/2 of the Mini Trifle Cups with the shortcake cubes.

Pour your yogurt mixture over the top.

Add your berries to the top.
