This easy two ingredient homemade snow recipe will help you create a winter wonderland of your own, no matter what the weather outside. The homemade snow is cool to the touch so it feels a lot like real snow, except without the frozen fingers part. It molds easily, smells fabulous and is easy to clean up!
Add 3 cups of baking soda to a large mixing bowl.
Pour in 1/2 cup of white conditioner.
Use a plastic spoon or your hands to mix the snow mixture. The mixture will start to stick together and clump.
