Have an adult take a vertical photo of the child with their hand outstretched under their chin looking like they are blowing something off of their hand. Have the photo printed in a 5-inch by 7-inch size.
Use scissors to carefully cut out around the outline of the child in the photo. Cut as close to the image as possible so the background does not show around the photo.
Use a glue stick to add glue to the back of the photo and glue it in the bottom left corner of a sheet of light blue cardstock.
Gather a handful of conversation heart stickers. The stickers come with several different Valentine sayings. Adhere one of the conversation heart stickers right above the open hand of the photo on the light blue cardstock.
Continue adding conversation heart stickers to the light blue cardstock in a way that looks like the child is blowing the hearts off of their hand and around the paper.
To make the blowing hearts craft a special Valentine's Day Card, children can write a special message on the front or back of their Valentine's Day Craft. Now they can give their artwork to a parent or grandparent for Valentine's Day.
