This refreshing drink is a perfect for your mint and blush wedding dinner. The strawberry and mint combination gives a lovely tang and the drink itself boasts a beautiful blush color. With a squeeze of lime and lemon, this is a tart drink but you can always add a bit of sugar if the flavor is a little too tart.
- 8 Strawberries
- 12 Large Mint Leaves
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
- Juice of 1/4 Lemon
- 12 Tbs. of Orange juice
- Club Soda or Sprite
Cut up strawberries and mint and place into a blender.
Blend together mint leaves and strawberries until fully combined.
Squeeze in the fresh juice from 1/2 lime and 1/4 lemon.
Pour in the orange juice.
Add club soda and blend all ingredients together until all it is all fully incorporated. Pour drinks into clear stemless wine glasses. Add crushed ice and garnish with strawberries and mint leaves.
