While the lids are drying, cut the larger confetti into smaller pieces. I used mint, hot pink, light pink, and coral. Additionally, I created yellow confetti by cutting small pieces of yellow paper streamers.

While the confetti application is drying on the popcorn boxes, it's time to fill the champagne containers with the cut up bits of confetti and the proposal tags. Print the bridesmaid proposal tags onto white cardstock, cut, slightly roll the tags long-ways so they will fit into the containers. Fill each container with confetti part way, then slip one of the tags into each container. Continue filling each one with the remaining bits of confetti. Additionally, add chocolate caramel balls to each of the bridesmaid champagne glasses. Your 'maids will surely thank you for this added touch!
