Do you have Bubble Guppy fans at home and are thinking of hosting a Bubble Guppies Party? Well, this DIY Bubble Guppies Party Centerpiece made a fabulous wow-factor to my recent Bubble Guppies Party and it’s oh so simple to make. Let’s get started.
Paint your DIY Flower Box Centerpiece with White Acrylic Paint and let dry.
Place a white piece of ribbon around the front of the box and cut it. Adhere colorful gems to the ribbon using Mini Glue Dots®. Turn the box over (bottom side up) and attach the ribbon to the box along the top edge with more Mini Glue Dots®.
Cut the string off of the cutouts in the Bubble Guppies Hanging Swirls Value Pack. Take the bubble cutout and adhere it to the front of the box with glue dots.
Paint four Starfish with Blue Acrylic Paint. While the paint is still wet, sprinkle a little bit of glitter on them. Once they are fully dry, place a large blue gem in the middle of each starfish with hot glue. Adhere the starfish on the box and attach with hot glue.
Attach a Turquoise Polka Dot Paper Straw to the back side of a Bubble Guppies character cutout from the Bubble Guppies Hanging Swirls Value Pack with hot glue. Fill a Bud Vase with Blue Sand and place the finished character centerpiece stick down into the vase.
Create four bubble centerpiece sticks by attaching three different shades of blue Paint Chip Circles to each other with Mini Glue Dots®. Using hot glue, attach the bubbles to turquoise paper straws. Turn it over and attach a blue gem to the top bubble with a glue dot. You’ll need to make four of these. Alternate the shade of blue circles on the straws for variety.
Place a Funnel in the hole on the top of six Bubble Vase Place Card Holders and fill them with Blue Sand.
Attach the letters B-U-B-B-B-L-E to the middle of seven Paint Chip Circles and attach one of each of the Bubble Guppies characters from the pack of Bubble Guppies™ Confetti with a glue dot.
There is a slit and hole on the top of Bubble Vase Place Card Holders. Place one of the bubble centerpiece sticks down into one of the Bubble Vase Place Card Holders and place the first “B” circle into the slit. Continue to do this for the letter U, L and E. For the other two “B” letter circles, place them into the slit, but leave the hole empty.
Now that all the pieces for your centerpiece are complete, it’s time to assemble the centerpiece on the table. First, place the box in the middle of the table (bottom side up). Place all seven of the assembled bubble letter place card holders on top of the box to form the word BUBBLE. Fill the top of the box with blue acrylic gems. Sit the bud vase with the character centerpiece stick behind the middle of the box. That’s it! Looks awesome, right?
