Any Butterfinger lovers out there? When I was pregnant with my youngest son, I craved Butterfingers and brownie bites like crazy! I had to have them. Well, for my own baby shower I created these Butterfinger Brownie Bites that combined both of my cravings into one yummy bite-sized dessert! They are super easy and quick to make. - Brownie Mix (store bought)
- Butterfinger Minis (1 bag)
- Milk
- Vegetable Oil
- Eggs
Using the package instructions, prepare the brownie batter.
Fill a mini muffin baking tin with the brownie batter 3/4 of the way full and insert one Butterfinger Mini into the middle of each brownie (as shown). Bake according to package instructions. The Butterfinger Mini inside is a yummy surprise for your guests!
Once they are fully cooled, arrange the Butterfinger Brownie Bites on a Long White Platter. Be sure to have plenty of Owl Baby Shower Beverage Napkins and Owl Baby Shower Dessert Plates on hand to catch crumbs! Click here to see how I displayed these on my owl themed dessert table.
Send some of these yummy Butterfinger Brownie Bites home with your guests by placing a few in a cellophane-wrapped bag. Tie the top with a twist tie then place them inside these Owl Baby Shower Drawstring Bags to match the baby shower theme.
