Ingredients:
  • 30 oz Cooked Cactus (Nopalitos)
  • 4-5 Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 4-6 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1-2 Jalapenos, Diced (optional)
  • 1-2 Limes
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Tortilla Chips

Drain the Cactus from the jar and rinse in cold water using a strainer. Dice the tomatoes and chop the cilantro, cactus and green onions.

Combine the vegetables in a bowl and add Garlic Salt, Salt and Pepper to taste. Add the juice of 1-2 limes.

Mix ingredients and add diced jalapenos for heat.
