Whip up a batch of these colorful Candy Kabob Treats for a tropical party, like our Tropical First Birthday Party! Kids go crazy for these bright candy kabobs displayed in coconut cups. Gummy fish, starfish gummies, gummy worms, and a variety of salt water taffy are the base of these fun favors. Our Tropical Bamboo Floral Centerpiece and Tropical Lei Stand coordinate perfectly with these kabobs!
Bend a gummy worm in half and place the sharp end of the skewer into the end of the worm. Carefully and slowly press down to push the worm down a little bit onto the stick. Press the other end of the worm onto the stick. Slowly pull the worm down so that it's above the taffy.
Keep repeating this process until you have filled up the candy kabob with colorful treats. Set aside and repeat for as many candy kabobs as you want to make.
Cut a piece of floral foam so that it fits inside a coconut cup. Use hot glue to attach the foam to the inside of the cup.
Place 3-4 skewers inside each coconut cup. Add small shells over the top of the foam to cover the floral foam.
Party guests will love these adorable Candy Kabob Treats! Add them to the food table at a luau, summer party, birthday party, and more. These were a hit at our Tropical First Birthday Party!
