Lay a 19" gold geometric metal frame flat down on your table then place all eight of the round blue star circles from the Captain Marvel Table Decorating Kit in the wire arms of the frame.
Place a round flat-bottomed glass bowl centered on top of the footed cake plate. Place a second footed cake plate on top of the glass bowl and secure it to the bowl with E6000 glue. Follow the glue instructions to make sure the bond is fully set.
While the glue is setting on the stand, make the cupcake wrappers and cupcake toppers. Assemble eight gold cupcake wrappers and place the triangle cutouts in the Captain Marvel Table Decorating Kit on the front of the cupcake wrappers with glue dots.
Place all eight of the cupcake wrappers around the first level of the cupcake stand.
Now, let's create cupcake toppers. Cut four gold foil paper straws in half to make eight smaller straws. Place one gold star cutout from the Captain Marvel Table Decorating Kit to the end of each straw with glue dots.
Place the large Captain Marvel fold-out decoration on the top level of the cupcake stand. Place two of the Goose cat fold out decorations on either side.
When you are ready to display your cupcakes, place the cupcakes down into the gold cupcake wrappers and insert the cupcake toppers into the center of the cupcakes.
