Carrot Cookies with Orange Icing are a delicious combination of flavors. These cookies are moist, soft and very flavorful. They might become your favorite. I love trying new flavor combinations. Matching carrots and orange might sound like an odd mix, but I promise you won’t be sorry once you try these. The cookies are incredible on their own, but topped with the orange icing, these cookies become the best.

While my carrot cookies are baking, I start to make the Orange Icing.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add orange juice and rind.
Spread over slightly cooled cookies. Now you’re ready to enjoy. I have a hard time waiting once I see that icing melting over the tops of those cookies.
I thought these Carrot Cookies with Orange Icing looked so pretty on the Garden Party Dessert Plates. I plan on taking these to a family party and thought this is the perfect way to display them. I hope you enjoy these cookies as much as we do.
