CHEERS! Jello Shots are a standard for Bachelorette Parties. Maybe it is because they taste so delicious!! This Champagne Jello Shot Recipe is no exception to that tasting good rule. You will want to try these even if you are not hosting a Kate Spade Inspired Bachelorette Party. You can use any flavor of gelatin along with this champagne jello shot recipe. I used strawberry flavor, and it was amazing!
- 1/4 c. Vodka
- 1 1/4 c. Champagne (during cooking)
- 1/4 c. Champagne (after cooking)
- 2 pkg. of Gelatin (flavor of your choice)
Combine 1 1/4 c. champagne in a saucepan. Mix the flavored gelatin on top (flavor of choice - I used strawberry). If you want it extra sweet you can add in 1 Tbsp. of sugar during this step.
Heat over low heat while stirring until Jello has completely disolved (about 2-4 minutes). Remove from heat and add the 1/4 c. champagne and 1/4 c. vodka.
Let cool and pour the mixture into the shot glasses.
Place in fridge until hardened (2-4 hours).
