Ingredients:
Makes 6 Cocktails
  • 2 c. Ice
  • 1 c. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 c. Coconut Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Half and Half®
  • 1/2 c. White Rum
  • Karo Syrup
  • Red Food Coloring

Put the ice, pineapple juice, coconut cream, Half and Half® and white rum in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add 1/4 c. Karo syrup to a shallow bowl. Add 3-4 drops of red food coloring and mix well.

Dip the rim of the skeleton hand glass in the red Karo syrup. Hold the glass upside down for a few moments and let the excess drip off. Set the glass upright and allow the syrup to drip down the side of the glass.

Carefully pour the chilled pina colada cocktail into the skeleton hand glasses with the blood drip rim.
