Chocolate Cookie Pops

Cookies, truffles, cake pops….how do you even pick a favorite? My kids are fans of all three, so these Chocolate Cookie Pops fit the bill. They are super easy to make and can be decorated to match your party theme! Be sure to check out my NCAA themed Graduation Party that these cake pops are featured in.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 1 24oz package vanilla almond bark
  • Sprinkles
  • 1 pkg. of straws
Step
1

Place cookies in a food processor and crush. Add the softened cream cheese and mix together. Roll into balls of desired size and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Chill for 15 minutes.

Place almond bark in a microwave safe bowl and melt. Cut straws in half. Remove cookie balls from refrigerator and place a straw in center of each.Dip each ball into almond bark and immediately add sprinkles. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
