Cookies, truffles, cake pops….how do you even pick a favorite? My kids are fans of all three, so these Chocolate Cookie Pops fit the bill. Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1 24oz package vanilla almond bark
- Sprinkles
- 1 pkg. of straws
Step
1
Place cookies in a food processor and crush. Add the softened cream cheese and mix together. Roll into balls of desired size and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Chill for 15 minutes.

Place almond bark in a microwave safe bowl and melt. Cut straws in half. Remove cookie balls from refrigerator and place a straw in center of each.Dip each ball into almond bark and immediately add sprinkles. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
