Use a piece of clear tape to tape down one long side of a clear cellophane bag to make it thinner. This way it will fit two cookies perfectly!
Follow the directions on the chocolate melts bag to melt the chocolate. Dip a cookie into the chocolate, then let the excess drip off. Shake some sprinkles over the chocolate covered cookie, then set aside to let cool. Repeat for as many cookies as you'd like to make.
