Begin by opening the screw on the top of the embroidery hoop to remove the inner hoop. Then place a piece of brown felt over the outer ring of the hoop and press the smaller ring into the felt and into the outer ring. Then tighten the screw to secure the felt.

Next, use a pair of scissors to cut around the felt to remove the excess sticking out from underneath the embroidery hoop. Use the excess felt to cut out two antlers for the reindeer.

Next, glue on the nose using a red pom pom, googly eyes, and antlers.

The final touch is a piece of gold baker's twine tied around the screw on the embroidery hoop to turn the reindeer into an ornament.

For Santa, repeat the above with white or cream felt and then cut out a triangle for the hat. Glue the hat on the top of the hoop with a strip for the fur part of the hat and a pom pom for the tip. Then glue on eyes and a pom pom nose. Don't forget to add white pom poms for Santa's beard! The final step is to tie on the baker's twine to create the ornament loop.

For the elf, repeat the above with white or cream felt and then cut out a green triangle for the hat. Glue the hat on the top of the hoop with a red strip for the fur part of the hat and a pom pom for the tip. Then glue on eyes and a pom pom nose. Don't forget to add a smile with a pink marker! The final step is to tie on the baker's twine to create the ornament loop.
