Nothing quite says fall like delicious cinnamon spiced pumpkin fluff. These cute individual pumpkin fluff cups are party-ready for your next festive fall get-together. They were the perfect treat at my pumpkin themed gender reveal party.
- 1 (16 oz.) Container Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
- 1 (3.4 oz.) Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 (15 oz.) Can Solid Pack Pumpkin
- 1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Vanilla Wafer Cookies
In a large bowl, mix together canned pumpkin, instant vanilla pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice.
Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping. Continue to fold in until it’s completely incorporated. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
Once chilled, spoon the fluff into snack cups or these Jack-O'-Lantern Plastic Cups. Cut some mint green striped paper straws in half and stick one in the center of each jack-o-lantern cup to add a stem! Add vanilla wafers to top off the pumpkin fluff.
