Our retro Daddy + Daughter Sock Hop is a nod to a simpler time where soda shops were the place to hang out and have fun with friends. We wanted to incorporate that old fashioned concept into our party with Coke Float Cupcakes. These fizzy cupcakes, topped with vanilla ice cream and accented with striped paper straws and a gumball cherry on top are sure to be a hit at the party!

Ingredients:
- 1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 c. Coca-Cola
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 c. of Oil
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Red Gumballs

Open cake mix and dump in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs, oil and Coca-Cola and mix for 2 minutes until smooth.

Fill cupcake liners about 3/4 way full.

Bake on 350 for 14-16 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool.

Once cool, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Add a large red gumball and a striped paper straw.
