Using a foam brush paint Mod Podge around the bottom of the clear vase.
Begin with one color of yarn. Wrap the yard tightly around the Vase. Press down as you go so that it adheres to the Mod Podge. Paint on more Mod Podge as you wind more yarn around the vase.
Keep going and when you have finished with one yarn color, cut the yarn. Keep the end pieces of the yarn on one side of the vase, to create a backside.
Begin your second color of yarn on the vase. Start the next color of yarn in the same spot you finished the last color of yarn.
Begin the third color. Keep wrapping until you meet the neck of the Vase.
Cut an 8 inch piece of yarn. The same color as the top color of yarn on your vase. Add 3-4 mini tassels on the piece of yarn.
Tie the piece of yarn and mini tassels around the top of your vase.
