I’m excited to share a family favorite recipes for summer with you all today. These Cookies and Cream Pudding Pops are easy and so yummy. My girls love to make them on a hot summer day and almost can’t wait for them to freeze.
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 C. cold milk
- 12 chocolate sandwich cookies or OREO Cookies, divided
- 1/2 C. COOL WHIP, thawed
Gather all your supplies listed above. Quick tip: clear freezer space so you can place them into the freezer quickly after making them. This is key if you have impatient children like mine.
Pour your pudding mix and milk into a bowl and beat with a whip for 2 minutes.
Next you’ll need to crush 6 of the sandwich cookies and chop the remaining 6 cookies.
Spoon half the crushed cookies into the bottoms of the paper cups.
Add chopped cookies and COOL WHIP to pudding; stir just until blended.
Spoon pudding mixture into cups; top with remaining crushed cookies.
Insert Popsicle sticks into each for handle. Place in freezer for approximately 5 hours.
To easily get the pops out of the cups, just place hands around the cup to warm up slightly. Then pull the pops out.
