Use bottle corks and burlap to create a forest of mini Christmas trees for some festive holiday decor. These mini trees will look great clustered in groups on top of your holiday mantel or anywhere around your home.
Use a piece of sandpaper and lightly sand off the writing on the Bottle Cork.
Use a screwdriver to poke a hole in the middle of the cork. Make sure the hole is deep enough to fit a Snowy Pine Pick.
Place one of the Snowy Pine Picks or a Spruce Pick in the hole of the cork.
Cut a square piece from the Large Rolled Burlap. This square needs to be large enough to wrap up the step of your mini tree.
Hot glue the cork tree to the center of a Small Unfinished Wood Slice for stability then place the tree in the center of the burlap square. Pull each corner of the burlap up towards the center.
Tie the burlap together with a piece of ribbon.
Group a cluster of mini cork and burlap trees together on your mantel to create a truly festive Christmas mantel. See all of the Flannel & Frost Christmas Decorating Ideas including a DIY Christmas Tree Pillow to round out your holiday home decor.
