This gin based Corpse Reviver cocktail will perk anyone, even the dead, right up! The Corpse Reviver is a classic cocktail that has been said to be good for reviving those souls who may have had one too many the night before, but you don't need a hangover to imbibe on this spooky cocktail.
- Absinthe, (to rinse)
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Cointreau
- 2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Rinse a chilled Martini glass or a Skeleton Hand Plastic Cup with absinthe and set aside. You'll want to do this because this will give you a subtle aroma and flavor without adding extra and overpowering alcohol to the drink!
Add the Gin, Cointreau and Lillet Blanc into a shaker with ice.
Squeeze 1 oz of fresh lemon juice into the cocktail shaker, place the lid on and shake.
Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
