Our good friends from The Cotton Candy Confectionery were generous enough to spin us some lovely candy floss, which when housed in Clear Champagne Glasses before adding our cocktail ingredients, is gorgeous enough on its own! Ingredients:

2 oz. Raspberry Vodka
1 oz. Chambord
1/8 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Club Soda
Honey or Simple Syrup
Silver Sugar Crystals
1 Cocktail Shaker

Step

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice and then add the raspberry vodka, Chambord, Grenadine and Club Soda. Shake until your cocktail is chilled.

Step

Take either a bit of honey or simple syrup and line the rims of your Clear Champagne Glasses.

Step

Flip the Clear Champagne Glass upside down and dip the sticky rim into a plate full of silver sugar crystals.

Step

Place a large puff of pink cotton candy into each Clear Champagne Glass.

Step

Pour the cocktail over top of the cotton candy, serve and enjoy!
