Begin by carefully removing the small square piece from the top of an Adult's Western Hat. This is where guests' votes will be placed! You'll also want to remove the black band around the base of the hat. To remove, simply snip the stitching and gently pull to release.
Next, cut 1 1/2" - 2" strips from a Classic Navy Bandana and use hot glue to secure two strips of the bandana to the outer edge of the hat just along the base.
Arrange a few flowers and pieces of greenery from a Blush Rose Floral Bouquet and a Faux Floral Bouquet with Mixed Greenery onto the hat and attach them directly to the bandana using small dabs of hot glue.
Cover your work surface and paint two Deputy Sheriff Badgespink and light blue and one DIY Unfinished Wood Horseshoe light blue.
Now add a pop of color to the center portion of a DIY Unfinished Wood Mini Crate with the help of a 1 1/2" strip cut from a Light Pink Bandana applied with a bead of hot glue. Once the paint has dried in the previous step, attach the light blue DIY Unfinished Wood Horseshoe to the center of the crate with a few dabs of hot glue.
Add a little western flair to a plain White Table Frame by gluing the pink and light blue Deputy Sheriff Badges to alternate corners. Download the free printable "Your Vote Is Wanted" sign here and then print onto white cardstock. Insert the sign into the frame after cutting it out.
Next, download, print and cut the free printable "Cowboy or Cowgirl Voting Cards" found hereand place them inside the wooden mini crate. Add a Clear Hobnail Glass Votive to the crate to hold pens or pencils so guests can write in their votes.
Provide guests with a fun way to indicate their guesses of the baby's gender by providing Light Pink Bandanas and Classic Navy Bandanas for them to wear. Simply tie them into a stylish knot and keep them near the voting station.
Finally, arrange the decorated hat, crate filled with voting cards, bandanas and framed sign to create a voting station in a prominent location during your Cowboy or Cowgirl Gender Reveal Party. Encourage guests to cast their votes by folding their voting cards and inserting them into the hole in the top of the hat!
