These delicious crab salad slider sandwiches are the perfect little snack to serve at a mermaid or fisherman gender reveal party. Here's how to make them. Be sure to download the Free Food Pick Printable here!
- 8 oz package of Imitation Crab Meat
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1/2 c. Mayo
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp of Pepper
- 8 Slider Buns
Finely chop 1-2 stalks of celery and cut the 8 ounces of crab meat into smaller chunks. In a mixing bowl, mix together the crab meat and celery. I just use a rubber scraper.
Add 1/2 cup of mayo and mix well.
Add 1 tsp garlic along with salt and pepper and stir.
Scoop onto 8 slider buns.
