First, assemble the Adjustable Table/Lap Stand as per instructions. Then using White Craft Gauze Cheesecloth apply brown stain to achieve the desired color.
Next apply the brown stain to the frame of a Cork Bulletin Boards to darken the frame to the desired color.
Next, nail the cork board to the adjustable frame. Measure & test the tilt position to achieve the correct placement on the stand.
Download the free seating chart place cards here. Print, cut and punch a small hole in the corner of the cards. Write the guests name and table number on each card.
Next, tie each tag to a Beer Party Bottle Opener or a Gold Love Script Bottle Opener with Navy Blue Double-Faced Satin Ribbon. Tip: Double knot tightly around the bottle opener. Then create a hanging loop out of the ribbon and tie a bow. This bow will be attached to the chart.
Next, apply a Craft Cork Sticker to the top of a push pin. Then push the pin through the center of the bow to hang the beer opener on the board.
Tip: Place the beer openers in staggered rows to maximize space. Place them in alphabetical order so that guests can easily find their name and seating assignment.
Finally, place the completed seating chart on top of a table or beer barrels. The chart can easily be tilted for guests to view each tag. Beer openers are easily removed for guests to take with them.
