Paint one side of the Unfinished Wood Cross Wind Chime with acrylic paint. Set aside to dry.
While the paint is drying, use your fingers to crumble the tissue paper squares.
Turn the painted Wood Cross Wind Chime over so that the unfinished side is up. Squeeze a generous amount of glue on the cross. Be sure to cover the entire surface.
Place the crumbled tissue paper squares on the cross one by one until the cross is fully covered. Set aside to dry.
