Start by cutting 3-4" squares of pink tissue paper.
Pinch the center of the tissue paper and use the end of a pencil to push it into the styrofoam ball. Repeat this step until the entire ball is covered.
Everyone loves sprinkles, so make sure you add lots of them to your cupcake. Glue Valentine pom-poms to the tissue paper, and then add a few self-adhesive hearts to your sprinkle laden cupcake.
Accordion fold the cardstock to create the cupcake liner to wrap around the base of the cupcake.
