Assemble popcorn boxes.

Measure out the amount of washi tape needed to wrap around the box.

Write your cute Halloween message on a paint chip and attach it to the popcorn box using glue or glue dots.

To make the fringe popcorn box, measure out a length of party streamer.

Cut small 1/4th inch slits down the length of the streamer.

Using washi tape, attach the streamer around the box.

Apply gold washi tape above the fringe.
