It’s Halloween season, which means lots of creepy cool treats! We recently hosted a Greek Mythology Halloween Party for my teenage sons and I made these fun Cyclops Cupcakes for the party guests to enjoy. Not only were they eerie to look at, the kids thought they were awesome!

Start by filling the piping bag with chocolate frosting and attach the flat piping tip. Place the gumball in the center of the cupcake.

Next, pipe frosting around the gumball.

Then finally, pipe curved lines around the gumball to resemble eyelids. Be sure to pipe the frosting slightly over the eyeball to give it dimension.
