Frozen Hot Chocolate is super decadent and oh so delicious. It’s the perfect addition to any holiday party. If you are throwing a Hot Cocoa party this holiday season, why not mix it up and serve both Hot Chocolate and Frozen Hot Chocolate!? Your guests will be in chocolate heaven.
- 2 C. Whole Milk
- 3 packets Hot Cocoa Mix
- 1/4 C. chocolate chips
- 3 C. Crushed Ice Cubes
- Whipped Cream for topping (optional)
- Sprinkles for topping (optional)
Place chocolate chips and hot chocolate packets into blender. I love the taste of malt so I opted for a Malted Milk Chocolate mix. You can pick any Hot Cocoa mix that you like.
Pour milk into blender. Add crushed ice. Depending on how good your blender is, you could add regular ice too. I just prefer crushed ice.
Blend on low speed until combined. And then blend on high until your drink is smooth and frothy. I blended my drink for several minutes until I got the perfect icy consistency.
Top with Whipped Cream and Sprinkles (optional).
Serve with a striped straw and garnish with a mini candy cane.
