A nice way to give your guests a first taste of your wedding is to gift them a welcome bag as they arrive at the hotel. Even better to have it match your watercolor wedding with pretty shades of pastel colors. Open up the tie dye kit and find the little pouches of the pink and purple dye. Put the pink powder into one plastic bin and the purple powder into the other one.
Rinse the bag under room temp water until the water runs clear. Let dry. The color will dry a lot lighter.
Fill with nice gifts for our guests to welcome them to your wedding weekend! I like to try to color coordinate the treat in the bag to the wedding. Here I chose a bunch of snacks that were in pastel spring shades. The personalized water bottle labels can be used on any regular water bottle. It’s a nice personalized touch.
Once your bags are done, fill them up with a variety of treats for your guests like drinks, ibuprofen, locally made treats, toiletry items they might need for the climate such as chapstick or sunscreen, and yummy candies. I used the milk bottles as holders for the tootsie rolls. These little touches make the bag seem like a luxury experience.
