They are easy, take less than 20 minutes and leave your guests with a fun take away to remind them of the fun they had at the party. Download the Free 4th of July Party circles Printable here! Print at 100% and punch out the circles with the 2.5′ inch hole punch. Next dip your sponge brush into the Mod Podge and coat the front of your Red Pail.

Place a 4th of July Party Circle onto the wet pail. Position right where you want it.

Coat again with another layer of Mod Podge. Let dry 100%.
