Nothing says "fangs" for coming to your little lady's party than these adorable DIY bat candy treats! Their colorful ribbon can be interchanged to match any color scheme and the favors themselves are easy peasy to whip up. Not only are they perfect favors for a Vampirina Birthday Party, but would be cute to hand out at Halloween parties as well! Follow the steps below to create your own.
Download the free printable candy favor wings template here, then cut out and trace onto the white side of a sheet of black glitter paper. Carefully cut out each wing and set aside for later.
Next, cut 3" strips of pink, purple and turquoise ribbon. Be sure to cut one of each color for every bat favor.
Next, starting from the bottom, wrap each piece of ribbon around a large favor tube and secure to the tube using hot glue. Be sure to leave a small space in between each piece of ribbon. I found that the favor tubes would stand up best with the lids at the bottom.
Attach each of the glitter bat wings to the favor tubes using a small dab of hot glue.
Now for the sweets! Fill each tube with shimmering lavender chocolate candies.
Finally, display your bat candy treats in a paintedDIY wood coffin tray on your dessert table during your Vampirina Birthday Party and wait for all the little guests to shriek with delight as you tell them, "Fangs for coming!"
