For my daughter's 2nd birthday, I wanted to design a party around her favorite things: bubbles, balloons, and bouncing. This is the perfect decor project!

I started by filling Diamond Clear Latex Balloons with Round Metallic Confetti. I used a funnel to make it easier to get the confetti into the balloon. Then, using a balloon pump, I blew up each balloon.

Next, using the cording, I simply tied the balloons together with about a foot and a half of space between them. When hung, they gave the effect of bubbles floating. Pretty cool!

Now on to the conversation piece of the decor: the balloon garland.

I blew up extra clear confetti balloons. Then I added in some blue, gold, and pink balloons, and blew them up in different sizes.

Tear off a small piece of packing tape, roll it so it’s all sticky side out, then use it to stick balloons together. I sort of made clusters, then stuck them together to form a long garland. Once it was the length I wanted, I stuck it to the wall again using packing tape. Be sure to use packing tape or else your balloons will not stick together or to the wall.

That drink cart was all the rage at the party.
