Cover a backdrop frame with black creepy cloth.
Hang strips of garland over the top, so that the ends hang down over the front and back of the covered backdrop frame. Make sure more of the garland hangs in the front. Use packaging tape or Gorilla® tape to secure the garland strips to the back of the frame.
Use clothespins to clip candy to the garlands, and then you're ready for trick-or-treaters! You can replenish candy as needed throughout the evening, and or even add some variety by clipping little handouts to the wall!
